Extremely courteous and efficient, nothing was to much for David the owner to do, he made the process of purchasing and collecting my vehicle a pleasure and I am very grateful for his knowledge and understanding throughout my purchase, when buying a vehicle you hope that it goes smoothly and without any difficulties and this was exactly that, even after a long drive I felt really relaxed and was happy I bought from Tern Valley cars.

I recently purchased my VW Caddy Maxi Life from Tern Valley Cars. David the owner is absolutely amazing. What a lovely gentleman who really knows his stuff. I needed a copy of the conversation certificate and he went above and beyond to help me to locate it for me. He also ensured my car came with a fresh MOT and made sure the car was perfect before I took it away. He even supplied 2 new tyres and break pads and discs front and back. One of the wheelchair straps was broken and David made sure that two new ones were ordered. I felt so confident driving off, knowing that he had looked after me so well. I travelled from Neath in South Wales to collect the car and David picked me up from Market Drayton which was wonderful. I would definitely consider buying another car from Tern Valley Cars in the future. He also makes a mean cup of tea!

David was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! I called David to express my interest in a Volvo S90 that was advertised on Auto Trader. He answered all my questions in detail and when I enquired if the timing belt had been changed, he offered to change it if I wanted to purchase the car. He explained that the only marks on the car were on the alloy wheels, so I decided to leave a deposit. He immediately arranged for the vehicle to have a full service and timing chain kit. Communication was excellent throughout. When I arrived to collect the car on a wet Saturday morning, David immediately took me to see the car which was presented immaculately. He explained that the only thing letting the car down was the alloys so he had decided to have them refurbished before my arrival. I had already purchased the car so this was an excellent surprise. David was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained how everything worked before I left. The car drives like a dream and I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from David in the future.

I bought a car completely online from Tern Valley cars, and David and his team were able to deliver it to me in Devon. What a service! The car was checked and cleaned before it came down and had a new battery fitted at no additional charge. It arrived in perfect condition within a week of putting down my deposit. I was nervous about buying a car online without a test drive (although I have driven this make and model of car before) but the process was very straightforward, and enabled me to buy the exact car I wanted and for a really good price, rather than relying on what's available locally. I recently bought a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso from David at Tern Valley Cars and I have to say I've never had such a smooth, easy and reassuring purchase. David is lovely, helpful, not at all pushy and bent over backwards to make the whole process easy. The car is immaculate and he made sure it was mechanically sound including replacing some serviceable parts off his own back. I couldn't recommend Tern Valley Cars highly enough and will certainly be back.

I bought a lovely car from Tern Valley cars on New Years Eve, I was able to take someone with me and test drive the car. I never felt pressured by the owner David, he was very polite and knowledgeable about the car. So far the car is running well. Thanks David
