I purchased an ID3 over Christmas and was kindly met by Jamie who talked us through the car. We were electric car novices, so it was great for Jamie to guide us through it. We have been really happy with the car, but had a few niggles. TVS were happy to take a look and put our minds at rest, and even gave us a full battery health report.
