I've been tempted by a Volvo V90 a few times in the past but I never found one that ticked all the boxes until now. After a late night browse on Autotrader I came across one being advertised by Ball Automotive. A quick finance application later and a few messages back and forth I bagged myself a tidy new motor to replace my Tin of Shame. I can't fault the service I received from Chris. When I eventually replace the V90 I shall likely be returning to Ball Automotive.

We recently purchased a car from Chris and from the start to the end of the transaction he couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. There was no hard sell involved and the car really spoke for itself - it was in immaculate, as new condition. Chris made sure it came out with 12 months MOT and a full service. In spite of me calling and messaging him constantly for insurance details , changing collection arrangements etc. he was always quick to respond and most obliging in his help. Despite it being the holiday period, they sorted everything out (MOT, Service and Valet) before the date they originally gave. When I went to collect, they were welcoming and patient with my many questions. They explained all the car controls and gave me time to feel comfortable in the drivers seat. The paperwork was completely explained. I left with my beautiful new car and a smile on my face.
