Very relaxed, no pushy sales. Family business with friendly staff. Asked for a test drive and it was offered instantly. No faffing, no forms, no hassle. Car is great quality. A few issues were present and they were dealt with immediately. Very happy with purchase and they even bought my old car from me which was SUPER handy. Had a really positive experience at this dealership. Although I didn’t go ahead with the purchase as my insurance was expensive, they dealt with me so patiently. I called on the day if I could test drive a car and Aadil immediately welcomed us when I arrived. He answered all our questions and throughly explained everything. He was patient and kind enough to give us some time to think about our decision and did not push us to make a purchase. As I said, we did not go through our purchase but were kindly welcomed and would definitely recommend this dealership if anyone is looking for a trustworthy dealership. More dealerships could learn from Asahi Motors!

I don't usually leave reviews, however, my experience at the Asahi dealership in Barnet has been flawless. From the moment we entered till the day we were given the keys to our "new" car, the staff were very attentive and polite, as you expect from a reputable business trying to sell you something. The reason for my 5-star review is the after sell service, as a new driver I had multiple questions, from what fuel would be the best for my car to how to upload files to my car multimedia. I have also been to their body shop/garage for the replacement of the bumper and their price was 30% cheaper than the other places I requested quotes, although this was due to being their customer and getting my car from them.

Bought a vw sharan off them yesterday. The car is in amazing condition and runs lovely. The 2 gentlemen were fantastic, they knew we were coming a distance so waited after closing time for us. They let us test drive and have a full look around the car. They told us the only scratches on the car ( I didn't even notice them). Very pleasant and helpful. Could not recommend this garage more, would definitely go back to them again.

Asahi Motors My experience started off when I saw an ad on auto trader for an Audi A5 coupe that I really liked the look of, after doing a few comparisons with others and finding I really liked this one the best, I made the initial call and got straight through to Adil who introduced himself as one of the owners of Asahi Motors. After a brief conversation and establishing they were located only 10 minutes away from me we agreed a time and 30 minutes later we met face to face for a viewing and walk around/test drive. The car looked amazing and the test drive went great, I was really impressed and agreed with Adil that I would return the next day with my mother who really wanted to see the car before I commited fully, although in the back of my mind I already knew this was the one for me! I came the next day as arranged with my mother and best friend for the second viewing and was just as impressed with not only the car but how friendly everyone was. Adil introduced me to his father Dr Adil who was the main owner who again was lovely and very accommodating throughout. We sat in the office and a deal was done 👌 I absolutely love my new Audi and have already recommended several people to Asahi Motors. It's been 3 weeks already since my purchase and I have nothing but genuinely good thoughts about the whole process with Asahi Motors and Adil himself. The car speaks for herself and I have genuinely enjoyed every mile driven so far and look forward to many more to come. I would like to say thank you to Adil and his father and also the rest of the team at Asahi Motors for making this a genuinely great experience 👌

I am absolutelty thrilled with the service I got at Asahi Motors. I travelled all the way from Kent. It is a family business and there is no hanky panky lies and being cheated there. Genuine father and son who is also a Dr and some family members. Respect and genuineness is all we got. Honesty and Integrity. If there is anything you do not like they will change it or make it even better for you. I got a good discount and good warranty, new tyres and insane rims after I informed them I liked a certain type better. What really chocks me up is that I struggled with insurance and it was so high, can you believe that they insured the car for me to drive home and then when I called to say I was still looking for an insurance that I can afford they said just let us know when you have insured your car so we can cancel this side 🥹. I recommend this place 100%, just drive them and see this amazing show room and lots of low mileage cars that look brand new. The atmosphere is amazing, the respect, the communication and the whole environment is great. We are planning on getting another car. Ulez has not been kind to use so we needed to change all our cars. We find this place to have reasonable prices on very clean cars with very low mileage. The staff and owner are very friendly, and have been very kind and helpful through the whole process. We came to test drive a hybrid Lexus, after looking around, we ended up test driving 3 different cars, all with very low mileages and reasonably priced. Put a deposit down that included a 12 month warranty and aftercare, waited for the paperwork and came to collect a few weeks later. The car has been driving as if it was brand new!

Honestly you won’t find another car dealer like this one. Aadhil and his dad are some of the nicest people I’ve met. What blew me away though was the aftercare. They went above and beyond when I had an issue with the car and gave me so many options/solutions which were beyond generous. Most other dealers would have washed their hands and said it’s not their problem, or offered a partial solution at best. I have already recommended these guys to a colleague, and would not hesitate to recommend anyone who’s in need of a car…… Unlike most car dealers, their cars are not bought from scrap auctions in the uk. They are all chosen and imported from Japan. I was dubious about buying an import car, but actually it’s better than buying a used one from the uk as they are cared for and maintained a hell of a lot better. Could not believe my eyes when I saw the underside of some of their cars. Not a spec of rust. Even ones that were 14 years old. Insurance wasn’t any more expensive either. In summary: great cars, great people and great pricing. What more could you want ?
