I could not have been more impressed by my experience. Scott and his mate do the valeting to the highest of standards, and he was so kind to drive me back to the station. Charming men. I dealt mainly with John and he was so patient, knowledgeable, professional and courteous but I also spoke briefly with Martin who like everyone there comes across as a family who value each other as well as their customers. The ambience created is as different from the negative image of the second hand car market as it's possible to get. I was delighted by the car and thought it was great value so all in all I would have no reservations about returning or about thoroughly recommending them to others. Fantastic service from Martin and the team. We bought our son his first car as a surprise birthday gift and they honestly could not do enough for us at Drumgray. Took us through all the details of the car’s ownership and service history. Sorted out the change to a private plate and even stored the car for us until his birthday. Cannot thank you enough. Highly recommend as they go above and beyond.
